Kaiarahi-a-Rohe mō Tamaki Makaurau ki te tonga
Area Leads are responsible for a geographical area of the greater Auckland and Northland region so we can effectively deliver the support required. They work alongside the Regional Leader and other Area Leads to ensure our Baptist faith communities are marked out by robust leadership, growing disciples, effective mission and healthy resources.
This role is to primarily serve and support the faith communities which make up the
Northern Baptist Association. Specifically, to strengthen and support the capacity of Northern Association faith communities in the Auckland areas of South and East, as well as Orbit entities.

It is wonderful to be able to serve the 27 churches of the east and south, and the six Orbit communities. Alongside the other NBA staff I am here to assist with selecting, caring, developing and reviewing of pastors, helping leadership associate well, and encourage mission to be at our core. Together we can journey towards gospel renewal in our local neighbourhoods.
