Youth / Emerging Generations Ministry

This role supports the growth of youth ministries within the Northern Association, ensuring we have communities who are actively seeking to grow young and allow young people to thrive.

We want to see faith communities retain and disciple their youth and emerging generations, seeing them as an important part of the church.

My role is to assist and support our faith communities within our region to formulate and implement strategies around integrating young people into the wider body of the church, provide resources, support, and coaching. We also provide regular clusters for Youth Pastors and key leaders, ensuring our leaders have opportunities to network and grow with those in similar roles.
