Our staff are responsible for the day to day operation of our association

The NBA Staff exist to serve you and are able to offer support in the following areas: regional alignment with national priorities, regional events/networking, coordination of clusters, ministry specific specialist support, faith community discernment, resolving faith community conflict, te ao and tiriti support, support in becoming multi-cultural faith communities, support for mono-ethnic faith communities, pastoral faith community support and advice (placement, transition/interim pastoral advice, transition support of leaders and faith communities), encouraging and nurturing multicultural worship, audits and health checks, intergenerational advice and help, evangelism, faith community planting initiatives, fellowship and church applications, administrative advice as well as property and finance advice.
